Doriane K. Gloria is Vice President of Human Resources at New York Blood Center (NYBC). She most recently served in a similar capacity at the Physician Affiliate Group of New York, where she designed, built, and staffed a human resources infrastructure for this primary affiliate of the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation.
Doriane brings over 20 years of well-rounded human resources leadership experience to NYBC, overseeing the development and implementation of all human resources functions, including employee/labor relations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and development legal compliance, and employee communications.
She is an expert in performance management, talent acquisition and retention, benefits and compensation, employee/labor relations, and many other skill sets within the human resources arena. In addition to the Physician Affiliate Group, Doriane has also been part of the leadership teams at Suffolk Community College, TMP Worldwide, Atria Senior Living Group, and NYU Medical Center. She earned an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and a BBA in Management from Hofstra University.
