OrderTrak

OrderTrak is an order management tool that allows hospitals to streamline their blood product and services requests to NYBC. OrderTrak is a web-based order entry system available 24/7 that allows hospitals to:

• Order blood products, hemophilia products and supplies, donor room supplies, request specimen pick up, package transportation and process product returns electronically
• Monitor the status of each order from the time of request to shipment
• Track order fulfillment
• Recall order history by order and products
• Update inventory and trigger automatic re-order to replenish inventory
• Capture data on order fulfillment (%), turn-around time, standing orders, back-orders etc.
