Bone Marrow Program
As part of our commitment to providing the most comprehensive and lifesaving products and services possible to our many communities in NY, NJ and beyond, NYBC has partnered with Be The Match®, America’s Bone Marrow Registry, in the recruitment and management of unrelated volunteer bone marrow donors.
- Together, NYBC and Be The Match® help patients fight blood cancers (like leukemia and lymphoma) and other diseases (immune deficiencies) and connect them with their donor match.
- Since 1989, NYBC has added over 240,000 donors to the Be The Match® Registry and helped over 1,400 donors donate bone marrow or stem cells to patients in need.
